ELECTRICAL:Concealed conduits, wiring with fire resistant cables (Finolex/equivalent brand), modular switches (Le-grand/ABB/equivalent brand). These are controlled by ELCB and MCB (Havells/equivalent brand) with independent 3 phase KSEB meter.
